Dr. Alfred Marquez is El Paso born and raised. He received his bachelors degree at the University of Texas as El Paso and received his dental degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1981. He worked for the Texas Department of Health and was responsible for indigent dental care in six counties in West Texas. After two years he opened his private practice and has been in practice since then. Dr. Marquez is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the American Academy of General Dentistry, and strives to provide modern, technically advanced treatment by attending continued dental education throughout the country. He prides himself in keeping abreast of current changes in dentistry by surpassing continued education requirements established by the Texas State Board. Knowledge is power and with knowledge Dr Marquez knows he can Better treat his patients. He is a member of the American Implant Association and a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He has had several invitations to lecture on various Dental topics locally and abroad. He is passionate about dentistry and enjoys his profession. This is reflected in his treatment and care of his patients.
