Our goal is to make your dental visits more affordable so you can get the quality dental care you want and need. Our very own in-house plan will provide you with tremendous savings. Once the annual fee is paid for the membership program, you will be entitled to discounted fee dental services for 12 months.

MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES AT NO CHARGE:
- Two Annual Routine Examinations
- X-rays twice a year ( as Needed)
- Two Annual Non-Periodontal Cleaning
All other dental treatment services, including fillings, crowns, root canals, dentures implants, etc., are offered at 10% OFF of our normal fee! Limitations apply.
Dental Treatment is provided at the great savings of 10% off our regular fees
PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING PLAN LIMITATIONS:
Fees for services must be paid at the time services are rendered in order to receive applicable discount. Any service not paid at the time of service will be billed at our usual and customary fees.
Plan fees are valid at the time of payment and enrollment.
This is not an insurance program, and Marquez Dental is not a licensed insurer, health maintenance organization, or other underwriter of health service.
This plan may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or advertisements.
The discounts offered are valid only in this office for our services; products are excluded.
Plan is valid for one entire year starting at the day of enrollment
All family members must reside in the same household.
Plan is not Refundable
